Information we collect
When you contact OASIS, request a quotation or submit a job application, we may collect your name, employer, contact details, enquiry information, technical specifications and documents you choose to provide. Recruitment information may include your discipline, experience, location, certifications, employment history and CV.
Why we use it
We use submitted information to assess and respond to enquiries, prepare service or procurement responses, manage recruitment and maintain appropriate business records. Access is limited to people who require the information for these purposes.
CV retention
CVs and recruitment information may be retained for up to 12 months after submission unless you request earlier deletion, a longer period is required by law, or the information becomes part of an employment record.
RFQ and enquiry retention
RFQs, specifications and supporting enquiry documents may be retained for up to 24 months after the last activity. If an enquiry becomes a transaction or contract, related records may be retained for the applicable contractual, legal, accounting or operational period.
Security and file handling
We apply organisational and technical controls intended to protect submitted information from unauthorised access, loss or misuse. Please submit only information necessary for the relevant enquiry or application.
Your choices
